Welcome to Pocatello Neighborhood Housing Services, also known as PNHS. We are a non-profit organization that has been serving the community of Pocatello, Idaho, for over 30 years. Our mission is to promote and preserve safe, affordable housing options for low- to moderate-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
At PNHS, we believe that everyone deserves a safe and comfortable place to call home. We work tirelessly to provide a variety of housing services and programs to help our clients achieve their homeownership and rental goals. Our services include homeownership counseling, financial education, rental assistance, home rehabilitation and repair, and affordable housing development.
Our organization was founded in 1989 by a group of community members who recognized the need for affordable housing options in Pocatello. Since then, we have grown to become a leading provider of housing services in the area. We are proud to have helped over 1,500 families and individuals achieve their housing goals through our programs and services.
