PNHS is Your Partner in the Home Purchase Process:

Great news if you are a REALTOR®!  Pocatello Neighborhood Housing Services will pay commission to all selling agents who submit a completed (and accepted) purchase and sale agreement.  Once the home makes it to closing, you will be paid the standard 3% commission on the selling agent.    

All purchasers of PNHS homes are required to qualify for a first mortgage.  We can put your customer in a brand new, fully landscaped, energy efficient home with a sales price of $129,900 with a first mortgage as low as $85,000!!  Purchasers must complete a one-day homebuyer education class, which PNHS facilitates, as well as meet certain income and other requirements.

If you have a customer who may be interested in purchasing a PNHS home, you are encouraged to complete the registration section at the bottom of this page.  Once you complete the simple registration process, you will be contacted by a PNHS representative who will provide you with more details.

Owner-Occupied Home Rehabilitation Loans:

For your customers who have a need to fix-up their home (either to get it in order for a sale or fix it up after that sale occurs) we offer home rehabilitation loans for income qualified buyers.  A portion of the loan may be deferred at 0% interest depending upon income levels.    

Purchasers of PNHS homes or owner-occupants interested in a rehabilitation loan must make make less than the income levels listed below and live in one of the six PNHS targeted neighborhoods.

Down Payment/Closing Cost Assistance Loans:

We also offer down payment and closing cost assistance loans.  This loan program has more flexible income limits (we can go up to 115% of area median income) and down payment/closing cost assistance loans are available to all residents residing in Bannock County, Other requirements apply.  Click here (lending page) for more information.  Income limits must be equal to or less than the following:
